We are seeking a highly experienced HR Officer on behalf of our client (an international organization) to manage employee
recruitment, payroll structures, labor law compliance, and overall employee welfare.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
Minimum of 5 years of active HR experience in Somalia or East Africa.
Deep knowledge of Somali Labor Law and local regulatory setups.
Fluent in Somali and English (written and spoken).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the complete recruiting cycle, from sourcing to onboarding
Draft employment contracts aligned with Shaafi Agency and Ministry standards.
Administer monthly payroll processing and check compliance metrics.
Address employee grievances and coordinate resolving disciplinary processes.
